Who is a perfect coach?
Not everyone can become an approved Ivy Business Coach. Before you can start coaching under the Ivy Consulting Group name, you must become approved and maintain a high customer experience rating.
What we look for
We look for coaches who have at least one of the following:
1. a master’s degree in an approved concentration (Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or equivalent)
2. certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), or
3. at least 5 years of proven coaching or consulting experience and recommendations from 3 current or past clients
How does it work?
Once you sign up for services, you start your journey by taking an online course and passing an exam that tests your understanding of the ICG platform.
After successful completion of the exam, you’ll be able to work with clients using the proprietary ICG marketing program and Coach Training System. Through it all, we’ll give you new marketing systems, sales materials, and professionally branded lesson plans so you can continue to grow.

TRAINING: Unlike the Certified Ivy Consultant program, there is no individual training for the Ivy Coaching platform; therefore, there are no training fees to get started.
Cancellation Policy
