The education I received was exceptional.	In addition to the education I recieved, I left the university with tools that I can immediately implement in my new career. Strengths / Weaknesses	I am an experienced and confident business owner.	I have a proven background and can use my experiences to help others.	I have a large network of people who will help me in my new career.	Biggest Concerns	I am concerned that I do not have the experience to help business owners improve performance.	I am concerned about not having enough professionally branded material to use with clients.	I am concerned about not having the right technology to run a new business.	I am concerned about generating enough leads.	Participation	I would like to network and share ideas with other members in the I/O Psychology community.
