Jennifer Yeh founded Big Little Insights (www.biglittleinsights.com) based on her process and subject-matter expertise on social identity issues. Jennifer's experience spans 20 years in policy, psychology, political science, human rights, humanitarian relief, international affairs, law, conflict resolution, facilitation, and coaching. She has coached individuals and groups since 2015 and has mediated cases spanning various areas, such as discrimination and harassment. In addition to her process expertise, Jennifer has researched the psychology of bias, participated in efforts to resolve ethnoreligious armed conflicts, and taught negotiation in conflict areas. She has investigated discrimination complaints, worked in contract compliance, and provided policy and legal advice related to policy, regulatory, human rights, and discrimination matters. Jennifer holds dual B.S. degrees in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and Political Science, a minor in Applied International Studies from MIT, and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. She is currently working on an Organizational Behavior certificate at Harvard University. Jennifer has a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace. Jennifer has also been trained and certified in various processes, such as mediation, coaching, change management, facilitation, arbitration, and restorative justice. She is an ICF-certified coach and a PROSCI-certified change manager.
