As we set to officially launch Ivy Consulting Group (ICG), we would like to confirm the business systems and processes we have created will be exactly what our members need to succeed.
If you didn't know, ICG is a a very active member-led organization of consultants, coaches, researchers, academics, and other IO Practitioners that come together to network, share ideas, and help one another succeed. Contrary to what you may think, we did not start as a turn-key Consulting Agency and most of our members own existing businesses and maintain their own brand. However, if you are new into business or looking for a better option and turn-key system, we can you too!
Even though it's only been a few months, we are not attracting enough experienced coaches and are concerned that when we open to clients, we will not be able to handle the volume.
This survey is intended to find out what we are missing or what we can do to attract more experienced members.
We are making a significant investment in the programs and services we offer to our members. All we ask you to do is to be completely open and honest when you answer the questions. If membership is not for you, we get it! Don't hesitate to tell us why. We are not going to bother you or try to convince you otherwise. We simply don't want to spend the time and resources on products that will not be used.
While we will use your data for our research and analysis, your identity will remain completely confidential. We will not use it in any other way than what we just reported to you.
Let’s face it, owning a consulting or coaching agency is hard work. And unless you were fortunate enough to have the capital to invest in a franchise-type business, you've probably had to figure out how to run a successful business on your own.

Our business model was created by entrepreneurs that simply wanted a place to network and share content. If that is all you desire, a Basic Membership is all you need! As a Basic Member, you do not have to use the Ivy Brand, systems, or processes.
Developing content, systems, and processes can take years and tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of dollars to create. And while there are great certifications and systems out there to help you along the way, there are very few that offer the daily support you need to build the business you've always dreamed of.
