| Hypothesis | The success of small business owners is very low. It is our belief business failure is due to the owner’s lack of a successful system to recruit and train and motivate their people.
Study details: ICG is built to help business owners to improve the training and development of people. We would like to study to validate the importance of our system and coaching services to ensure that we are heading to the right direction. This will be a very short study that will last for 30 to 60 days. It will give participants viable experiences and research design and questions. |
